@Viki Couldn't get help from your chatbot. Why do I keep running into titles that say they're free until I try to stream them, and then they suddenly switch to Viki Pass only? Is this a coding bug or deliberate bait-and-switch? It's a pretty rude way to market subscriptions.

What the--Okay, I know I haven't been using it much lately, but I HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR 15 YEARS, why do I suddenly have to prove that I'm not a bot by "engaging" when I have a 15 year history of engagement? It's not like this is a new account, or I'm suddenly spamming links.

I was quarantining at home while I was sick & couldn't go to post office, so I was trying to ship orders from home. Out of the 10 days I had outgoing mail in the box, it got picked up ONCE. #thanksdejoy

Angry ranting b/c I can't vent in a productive way b/c @USPS does not take constructive criticism:

In March, USPS incorrectly charged a price adjustment on one of my store packages. Definite error on their part; I don't ship anything the dimensions charged. I appealed. (1/3)

@USPS With it was another email, also sent at 5:59PM (see attached), saying my case had been closed and if I needed help I would need to file another appeal. But the 60 days is now up so I can't.

Great system to avoid having to deal with appeals. Nothing to say but "Thanks, DeJoy!" 🤬

@duolingo My entire family is bragging about their Year of the Dragon achievements, but it's never appeared on my app (Android, 5.138.6). I've done more than 40 lessons this week trying to make it appear! How do I get my dragon?? 🐉
