It's National School Lunch Week! Help us get "WILD" about School lunch. Breakfast andynch meals are FREE for students daily. Each week, our cafe/kitchen staff work hard to provide tasty and nutritious meals for our students and staff, and do so with a smile.

STUDENT RECOGNITION! Please join me in recognizing and celebrating one of Avalon's finest, Emily Jones. On the afternoon of Sept 17, Emily's bus driver was experiencing a medical event and had to pull the bus over. Emily kept calm and went to the bus radio to call for help.

EMS arrived shortly after, along with district and transportation personnel. Because of Emily's leadership, courage and bravery, all the students on that bus were safe and the driver received the necessary medical attention needed to save her life.
