We need a new pinned tweet. Here’s a link to our music video for 2am. It sexy, it’s got slow-mo, and filmed at coda. What more do you need? https://t.co/MstBrDdA5j
@TeamYouTube I did check out the info. And according the the info, WAP by cardi B should also be age restricted. Our songs both “break” similar rules. I want to know why THAT song is NOT age restricted. Why is cardi B able to get away with breaking the rules but we aren’t?
Dear @TeamYouTube , can you tell us why our appeal was rejected? The song "WAP" is still not age restricted so I want to know why that song is allowed but ours isn't? They should either both be age restricted or neither of them should be age restricted.
@TeamYouTube If we change the title, will that un age restricted it? I’m not even mad that it’s age restricted. I’m mad that WAP ticks TWO boxes of rule breaking yet it is somehow fine? What did we do wrong? I don’t want a generic answer. I want an explanation.
@TeamYouTube That doesn’t answer my question at all. WHY is it age restricted. What do we have to do so it or future videos won’t be age restricted. I’m guessing this is the rule you are talking about? WAP (Audio version) IS THE SAME. That song has “vulgar words” too.
@gaming_fools@TeamYouTube That was what I was thinking as well, I would begrudgingly change the title if that would fix it. But YouTube was vague in their response. Plus we have other songs with “fuck” in the title that are fine. This song lasted almost a year before it was age restricted too.
Lol what a joke. @TeamYouTube says this about our song. Which means they must think WAP is appropriate for a general audience? Are you serious? How is our song less appropriate? What do we need to do? Give them money? Where is the consistency? https://t.co/HtPJtbxcj1
