@svenbow45 @CityPowerJhb please look into this. These are not unplanned outages, it’s being load shedded twice /thrice because the same areas in Ferndale are under block 14, 10 and 16. There was a mix up after the maintenance

@CityPowerJhb @Kim_Wodumo @CityPowerJhb I agree with Sven. We are are on numerous blocks because we get load shedding under block 14 and block 10 and sometimes block 16. It’s not an outage, you need to look at Ferndale as a whole to see which areas are under which blocks

@CityPowerJhb Do you acknowledge though that this happens every night for block 14? @CityPowerJhb? Every night we have to camp on Twitter for updates because you have to dispatch technicians to block 14.
