What happens when you squat everyday?
Most people said that squatting every day would break you.
I knew I had to figure it out. Mixing @AverageBroz and @WESTSIDEBARBELL conjugate methods, I found the perfect mix to be able to squat everyday while still getting stronger 🔥
Don’t put a limit on what’s possible. I knew once I figured it out, my training would go to another level. That’s how #SquatEveryday was born 💪
Q: What's a good #snatch-to-clean & jerk ratio?
A: 77–81% is the sweet spot for most lifters.
Below that? You’re leaving kilos on the platform.
Above it? Either you're a snatch master—or your clean & jerk needs work. 👈 Likely this.
Q: Doing a #snatch or clean & jerk—should your feet point straight ahead or angle out?
A: For maximum power, match the foot angle of your squat stance.
If your feet are off, your power is too.
Choosing the right word matters — it shapes your thoughts.
“I need this. I need that.”
Do you, really? Or do you just want it.
Programming your subconscious to be needy is like crying wolf.
Eventually, you’ll stop listening to yourself when it matters most.
#Squats, done right, are one of the best tools to protect and strengthen your knees.
Stop blaming the lift. Start fixing the movement.

Q: Are squats bad for your knees?
A: NO! Absolutely not. That myth needs to die!💀
Let’s break down why squats aren’t the problem—poor movement is. 🧵

2. Strong quads = stronger knees.
The vastus medialis oblique (VMO) helps control patellar tracking and provides lateral support.
Strengthening the quads through squats reduces load on passive structures (like ligaments and joint surfaces) by improving muscular control.
