Southern Columbia has won 7 consecutive PIAA football titles, most by video game scores, yet because of some arbitrary nonsensical formula they don't have to move up but Aliquippa apparently wins too much and has to. The PIAA is a bunch of good old boys taking care of each other.

For those wondering why Southern Columbia does not get moved up under the ‘Competitive Balance Rule’:

SC doesn’t have the transfers to make this rule go into effect.

But how can this be? 🤔

SC has a co-op with a Trade School in their district. Any ‘transfer’ just goes to that school. That way, Southern Columbia doesn’t have to report any transfers as it’s their co-op receiving them.

It is a loophole and it needs addressed by the PIAA
