The Joes put the league leaders 100% win rate to an end with a solid performance to earn themselves a well fought point. A physical game between two young sides, a draw feels like the right result.

A 3-1 defeat to Murder on Zidanes Floor in the first game of the season. A decent first half and a good start to the second had the game tied at 1-1 but sloppy errors crept in and it slipped to 3-1. Tonight’s goal coming from @HenryCopley

[Average Joe’s FC @AverageJoesFC1]

Well, well, well... if that’s not typical Joes, I don’t know what is. A 1-1 draw where the Joes dominated and should have been 2 or 3 up. A @HenryCopley penalty gave us the lead before a shot that took about 47 deflections at the death gave the oppoosition the point. Now we wait.

@HarryTipburn @cameronbrown246 We are in close contact with Arsenal to have Cam’s testimonial at his beloved Emirates

[Average Joe’s FC @AverageJoesFC1]

The Joes would like to thank club legend Cameron Brown @cameronbrown246 for his services to the club as he announces he is hanging up the boots. Cam has been a key player in the defence and midfield of the side for a long time and we hope we’ll see him play again.

BREAKING NEWS!
Tonight’s clash against Danesgate becomes even more nail-biting as, to guarantee safety, the Joe’s must take all 3 points. Should the Voyeurs beat KDAS then all will be fine but this has definitely turned on the heat!
