This is how they treat loyal customers. My shoe I did a reserve(preorder) arrived damaged/defective. There policy states defective items can be exchanged/returned but I’m being told the final sale on the preorder overrides the policy. Make this right Nike
@Nike@dotSWOOSH after waiting months, my shoe arrived and I guess the quality inspection team was sleeping when it came to my right shoe. Nike said there is nothing they can do on a reserve order. 250$ wasted. Nike make this right Unacceptable

Real crappy experience today on SNKRS sure charged my account 7 times and I still didn’t get the shoe that I was there in the first minute of the preorder. Smh.
