@British_Airways what a shambles you have become. In flight service terrible, cabin crew clearly upgrading friends from economy to business, food - below average, 2 hour wait for bags, which never arrived as they weren't loaded in Newark. Not really a gold service is it?

People liken the CV-19 pandemic to WW2 and tough periods in history. The distinct difference I can see is that during WW2 etc the people did as they were told. Don’t turn your lights on, don’t use an un-blinkered torch, stay indoors after dark... or... you’ll get us all killed.

This cretin was dealt with properly and swiftly with minimal risk to the public or police. You can demand all you want after the event, with 20/20 hindsight applied...the officer acted correctly
