Violation of @TRAI & @DoT_India norms, @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR not giving UPC for 9507737325 my 126 days old connection, @bsnl_care don't know odds among date of activation 22 Aug and date of sim replacement 25 Nov, always ask to try after 24 hrs. ignored complaint: L032934704589

Bugs are common, I've raised this over 20 times with customer care. Ignoring by help desk is more dangerous than a faulty software.

For what you take salaries ? I'm trying to get a UPC from November, and you are openly violating @TRAI @DoT_India norms by not providing UPC for a 5 month old connection. screenshots attached.

I did mnp from Airtel to BSNL for my number 9507737325 (Bihar region).

got deactivated from airtel 2 days back still BSNL have not started the sim.

customer care says: please wait for few more hours.

l've already waited 2 days for a thing of 5 minute
