เนื่องจากบ้านคู่ POOHPAVEL OFFICIAL TH ได้เป็นผู้จัดเตรียมแผนงานการทำโปรเจ็กเซอร์ไพรส์ศิลปินตลอดจนเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบดูแล��ุปกรณ์ที่ชูในระหว่างการทำโปรเจ็ก (สโลแกน)

บ้าน ฯ ขอชี้แจงเรื่องกรณีการแจกสโลแกนภายในงาน Fancon เมื่อวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ที่พบว่ามีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแฟนคลับบางท่าน

ทางบ้าน ฯ ขอแสดงความเสียใจและรู้สึกผิดอย่างจริงใจต่อแฟนคลับทุกท่านที่ไม่ได้รับสโลแกนในครั้งนี้

แม้ว่าทางบ้าน ฯ จะได้ดำเนินการทุกขั้นตอนโดยการปรึกษาและประสานงานกับทางค่ายอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งในเรื่อง “จำนวนการผลิต” “จำนวนของที่นั่ง” และ “รูปแบบการแจก”

โดย “ยึดตามข้อกำหนดและจำนวนที่นั่งที่ได้รับแจ้งอย่างเคร่งครัด” ซึ่งบ้าน ฯ ขอชี้แจงว่า บ้าน ฯ ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าฮอลล์ก่อนเวลาที่เริ่มทำการแสดง เพื่อนำสโลแกนไปวางตามที่นั่งของแฟนคลับทุกท่านตามที่ตั้งใจไว้

โดยบ้าน ฯ ได้รับการประสานงานว่าสตาฟของทางค่าย ฯ จะ��ป็นผู้ดำเนินการนำสโลแกนไปวางไว้บริเวณทางเข้าทุกประตู เพื่อให้แฟนคลับรับขณะเข้างาน

อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางบ้าน ฯ ขอยอมรับความผิดพลาด เรื่องการจัดการในภาพรวมที่ยังไม่สามารถตอบโจทย์ของแฟนคลับทุกคนได้ ด้วยข้อจำกัดที่มี ทำให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ออกมาทำให้แฟนคลับหลาย ๆ ท่านไม่ได้รับสโลแกนซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนความทรงจำได้อย่างทั่วถึง

บ้าน ฯ เข้าใจดีว่าหลายคนตั้งใจและรอคอยโปรเ��็กที่จะขึ้นเกิด และการที่ไม่ได้รับสโลแกนในครั้งนี้ จะส่งผลทำให้แฟนคลับรู้สึกเสียใจหรือผิดหวัง ทางบ้าน ฯ รู้สึกเสียใจอย่างมากกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น

บ้าน ฯ ขอกล่าวขอโทษแก่แฟนคลับ ๆ ทุกท่านและขอน้อมรับทุกคำติชม และจะนำข้อผิดพลาดในครั้งนี้ไปทบทวน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานในครั้งถัดไปรอบคอบและครอบคลุมมากยิ่งขึ้น
