Defective @Hisense_IND AC delivered through @Flipkart@flipkartsupport
Purchased Hisense (Hisense 2026 Model 1 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter) AC on Flipkart (Order ID OD437479079912491100). The AC has not been working with remote input since installation and even after multiple complaints and calls, the @Hisense_IND and @flipkartsupport customer service departments have not bothered to respond.
For the defective product delivered and due to the pathetic service provided, please provide a full refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Hope that buyers consider this feedback before purchasing any Hisense products in future.
