@CBP can someone please assist with my esta application? I’ve tried to make payment several times and each time your system doesn’t take my payment. I’ve tried different cards and PayPal and it’s the same issue each time. I’m getting worried as I need to travel soon. Please help.
@British_Airways please respond to my DM. My deadline to accept your changes to my flight was yesterday and all I want to do is pay the outstanding balance on the correct flight! I don’t want to risk losing my booking! Please refer to my DMs that I have sent.
@British_Airways please respond to my DM. Your phone lines are only dealing with imminent travel but at no point do you allow passengers to clarify if their travel is imminent or not. All I need is someone to deal with my DM so I can settle my payment before the deadline. Thanks.
@British_Airways please help me understand how you know if my call is concerning a flight happening in the next 8 weeks as per your pre recorded message?? You’re not even giving customers the chance to speak to you! Even a DM doesn’t guarantee you a solution! #BASUCKS 🤬
@Candice0o1 Thanks. My account isn’t locked I think there are some technical issues on their web site as I’ve been getting emails from them so god knows why my log in doesn’t work. 🤷♀️
@jenniferla__@ian_hardacre@British_Airways I use to love flying with @British_Airways but they will be losing customers fast with the way we are all being handled! I get they are busy but seriously we literally are being given no options as customers to contact them!! Ridiculous! 🤬

@British_Airways@ian_hardacre Good luck with a DM! I sent a DM yesterday at 6pm got told I was being transferred to an agent and to wait for them to contact me. It’s almost 11am the following day and not even as much as an acknowledgement! Disappointed doesn’t even cut it!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
@British_Airways so finally got through on the phone! Got put on hold & have been waiting for 1hr 10min only to be cut off!!!!! This is so unacceptable! What terrible way to treat your customers when all we want to do is speak about a flight that you cancelled!!!! Disgusting!! 😡
@British_Airways I’ve been waiting for a response regarding cancelled flights and still no reply. I can’t get through on live chat, I get cut off from the phone & I just need to speak to an agent before it’s too late to do anything about these new flights I’m being offered!
