@SamChatmanABC7 @SouthwestAir I loved the open seating. I feel it created a game like atmosphere where everyone plays together. People are calmer, nicer and accommodating. Some people are so entitled they have to have THEIR seat. Get real people. The plane takes off and lands at the same time for everyone.
