Regarding the March 4 Vancouver Sun “China researchers under fire in B.C.”: the article refers to a lawsuit I filed but I was never contacted for comment. When reporting on allegations that affect a person’s reputation, basic fairness requires giving them a chance to respond.
@RealAndyLeeShow 2/ My lawsuit concerns the website Dotting the Map, which publicly suggested I have “close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.” These claims are false and were published without evidence. Being labeled a foreign agent can seriously damage a person’s reputation and safety.
