Charlie Kirk was shot in the neck and thousands of you celebrated. As long as that's true you can probably STFU about Citizen Vigilante, mocked his funeral, his wife, etc. You are not the better side.
I don't think Hollywood will ever snap out of it fully. That is why culture has to be built around it. Citizen Vigilante is rough and crude and not perfect but it is still a work of subversive art at a time of extremely micro-managed and oppressive ideological dogma in art.
The problem is that the Left has turned people of color into saintly martyrs and thus, any movie that dares to paint them as the villain -- in any context anywhere -- is blasphemy. They are not seen as equal but as "marginalized" and thus, we must elevate them. https://t.co/oiBotHCyGu
A reminder that the highly successful 2008 film Taken, starring Liam Neeson, followed a retired CIA operative hunting down the men who abducted his daughter during a trip to Paris.
The gang he fought were Albanian sex traffickers.
This wasn't some bigoted fantasy. France has long been a destination and transit country for human trafficking, including sex trafficking, and Albanian organised crime groups have operated there for decades.
Citizen Vigilante, starring Armie Hammer, follows a similar premise by tackling a real-world issue. In fact, it was inspired by a case in Germany where the perpetrators of a horrific crime walked free.
Yet now the left wants you to believe Citizen Vigilante is somehow "racist" or "far right". Funny how nobody had that complaint about Taken back in 2008.
When I was gorwing up it was the Christian Right who was offended by art. My how times have changed. This is a lie about what is actually in this movie. Hollywood shit the bed because it became overly protective of the fragile feelings of people like this guy.
