@British_Airways @JenniferEarp_ You respond to a tweet like this but cannot respond to people who have already had their flights cancelled without the option of rebooking flights online!
Iโve also tried calling almost 100 times (seriously!) and have sent 9 DMs!

I am not exaggerating when I say this...
I have sent 4 tweets, 9 DMs and called 74(!!!) times since 6am this morning because @British_Airways have cancelled the outbound flight for our first family holiday but I still canโt get through on the phone and nobody has responded!!!!
Customer helpline: โif youโre unable to rebook or refund your flight on my booking online please hold for you optionsโ
1 second later: phone cuts off

Still no reply or answer...
So @British_Airways industrial action has resulted in our flight being cancelled. They tell you to call up to arrange flight changes/refunds. Iโve been calling for over 4 hours and cannot get through to anybody - now what?! #britishairways#whatcustomerservice
@British_Airways Hey @British_Airways youโve cancelled my flight on 08/09 and I have to call up to schedule a new flight havenโt been able to get hold of anyone since 6am!!!
