@EpochInspired Going abroad with my family as a child I learned about other countries and cultures.i really do not see the problem unless its around exam time. It would make more sense to allow the holiday but provide worksheets or classes parents can download.

Which causes the light to be distorted and scattered, which gives a blue appearance. You can't inherit a particular shade of blue. You either have pigment or not.
