My guy told me this evening that early this morning, a man came to their compound to inspect the building.

At first, they thought he was a theif or confused being, not until he introduced himself to them as the landlord.

None of the occupants has ever seen him because he doesn't base in Nigeria. The building is managed by a caretaker. After going round the house, he called every tenant to address them.

One thing led to another and he asked the amount each tenant paid before moving in and the rent to renew since the building was still a virgin house. That was where dev��l decided to punị́sh the caretaker.

First person said he paid one million, four hundred and fifty thousand. (1,450,000) for a two bedroom apartment. Those in one bedroom said they paid one million, two hundred and fifty thousand (1,250,000)

Landlord almost collapsed. He asked for evidence and they provided it.

That was when it occurred to the landlord that he actually built a house for another to earn a living from his sweat. 2 bedroom was pegged at 700k, while 1 bedroom was placed for 600k.

But somehow, caretaker collects such amount from new occupants, then when you want to renew, you pay 950k for 2 bedroom and 800k for 1 bedroom.

Then at the end of the month, landlord still pays him allowance for looking after the building.

I wish more landlords can take this approach and help save the common man because it's now obvious people now work for house caretakers and lawyers

Rather, he doesn't mind if her sister comes around to stay with her for a while.

She then decided to call her husband on the phone when he was at work. And she lied to him that her mother was having kidney failure, and she wanted to go see her.

Sensing that she was lying, the husband then called her sister to confirm her story.

Her sister told the husband that it was a lie, and that their mother is not sick.

The husband returned and asked her to pack her things and leave his house.

She left the next day with their baby to be with her mother.

Now, the husband's father called her mother, to tell her that the marriage is over.

And that she should inform those people that collected her bride price that he would be coming with his people to dissolve the marriage.
