Handed over this letter to @DGPOdisha on 19th of July regarding a pet dog cruelty case,which was outrightly ignored by Sadar police.its 1.5 months since the complaint is given no action is taken so far.We want to know the whereabouts of the case.

That's it.. no communication regarding the case ,no phone call ,no mail nothing. I have seriously lost my faith on this department now.

Why is Odisha police always insensitive towards animal cruelty cases .Multiple instances where Police harass and humiliate the complainants instead of the abuser . Are they motivating us to take law in our hand ? @CMO_Odisha
