SBA Leaders, Please help! The SBA EIDL office is threatening to bankrupt our thriving Disabled Green Beret Owned business, Axe & Arrow Gastropub.

We had no choice, like many other small businesses, to take the COVID-EIDL loan - or go out of business. Now that we are asking to transfer the loan, which has always been in good standing and on autopay with the SBA, into the name of the last remaining partner, we are being threatened by the “loan specialist” with default for not getting the business documents in under what appears to be an arbitrary deadline. This morning, after receive the final necessary documents from us she demanded a “pay down” on the loan before it would go to the legal review - this person is emailing use from a legitimate @sba.gov email.
We are not asking for special treatment just fair treatment.

Please put us in touch with a supervisor who understands business terminology and the terms of the contract we signed.

There are 25 American jobs here that will be lost if we don’t receive some assistance.
