Battle of Anefis continues, with both sides pounding each other across hundreds of kms.

Shahed drones in unprecedented quantity seem to have been sent from Gao to Anefis, some already confirmed struck deeming them ineffective. Mali uses Turkish drones to push the coalition out.

The Anefis military camp is being heavily bombed by mortars, other artillery and FPV drones, several vehicles and sites belonging to Russian contingent confirmed burnt/damaged. Russian casualties should be sizeable.

On the other hand, Russians are using FPVs to...destroy vehicles abandoned by their forces in Anefis on the very first day of the second stage of the north Mali campaign. To the surprise of no one, they say those vehicles belong to the rebel coalition.

FLA claims to have repelled the Russian military convoy from Gao, in statement saying it has suffered major losess before withdrawing. If true, then JNIM and FLA will be aiming to massacre the Russians holed up in Anefis. Next hours key for Mali's future.
