但这个前提开始变了，因为公司里已经出现了第二种生产力——Agent。
也带来了新的问题：如何管理这个新的生产力，也没有人真正对Agent整体的效果、成本和进化”负责。

3）AR（Agent Resource）要做的不是继续写工具，而是把Agent当成一种资源来管理：哪些事情该交给Agent、同一个Agent怎么在不同业务里持续变好、怎么统一调度而不是每个团队重复搭建，以及怎么在效果、速度和成本之间持续做权衡。 甚至HR部门之后就变成了HR & AR department。
