denmark has emerged as a footballing talent factory in recent years, churning out top players year on year. most recently and notably was the departure of caleb yirenkyi from nordsjælland for a base fee of £23.1m.
justin janssen, the newest diamond on the market?

One thing I will NEVER understand is this persistence to force Trent into the centre of the pitch. It genuinely doesn’t even match up to his qualities. It’s not a Cancelo-type profile which has security, small space manipulation & understanding of spaces. He is a long ranged weapon, a lethal creator from wide. I don’t see a single justification.
hard to believe how insane kdb was profile wise
- better than Trent/beckham wide play making
- passing through lines as good as ozil/kaka etc
- finishing was at the same level as aguero
- Long shooting same level as Gerrard
- B2B Ball carrying same level as Pogba/Kante
enzo discourse solely originated through mass misprofiling throughout fans / pundits.
@alexmoneypenny quote - don’t judge an elephant by its ability to climb a tree.
you could likely pick up justin janssen for anywhere in the region of £15m - £25m, base fee.
i don’t have access to the data, but we can reasonably assume given other sets of data he is currently earning £120,000 yearly at the high end…
again, at the higher end you’re looking at a base financial outlay of in the region of £35,000,000 ( £25,000,000 base transfer fee + £10,000,000 base contract value ).
preferably to a more possession based team.
with plenty of interest around adam wharton in past summers, despite the sport currently at the height of an athletically dominated era, justin janssen will be a great option for a quarterback style pivot / future 6.

he reminds me a lot of adam wharton, in both his stature and his playstyle.
his current contract runs until 2030, a transfer is logistically possible + likely in my opinion. would definitely suit a move to italy / spain as a stepping stone..
