It wasn't launched without a plan. The plan was to build Axis, grow the community around it, and experiment with new distribution and alignment mechanisms.

What I've said is that the long-term design is still evolving, not that there was never a plan.

There's a difference between not having a plan and not making promises before the design is finalized.
