@chloelhimes @chloelhimes I suspected that their TOS would be interesting based on the focus that platform has on duets and stitch. I'm glad they take steps to allow kids to enjoy their platform and create in a safe environment though. #MCO335

Twitch TOS declares that outside of violations of their code of conduct, they are not responsible for anything that happens on their platform. Creators own any content they make and are legally liable for any violations.
