The world is changing fast, and technology is taking over almost every part of our lives. If you are a teacher, lecturer, or worker and you do not have digital skills, you may soon lose your job. The truth is simple—if you cannot use technology, you will be left behind.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥
In many schools and universities across Africa, teaching is moving online. Students now learn through computers, mobile apps, and even virtual reality. The old way of teaching, where a teacher stands in front of a class and talks for hours, is no longer enough.
As I always say, "If you want to survive in today's world, stop copying old methods and start thinking ahead. Innovation, not imitation, will save you."

𝟑. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 ����𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝
The world is moving forward, and everything is becoming digital—banking, shopping, education, and even healthcare. If you refuse to upgrade your skills, you will find it hard to survive in the modern world.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐛?

If you want to remain relevant and keep your job, here is what you should do:
✅ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 – Start with simple things like using emails, online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet), and digital presentations (PowerPoint).

✅ Join a Learning Community – Connect with other teachers and workers who are learning digital skills. You can share knowledge and grow together.
✅ 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬– If you are a teacher or lecturer, start using YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp to teach your students in new ways.

The truth is simple: 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛. But if you upgrade yourself, you will not only keep your job, but you will also become more valuable and earn more money.
