The most premium service any brand can offer to their customers is giving a human representative to talk and handle customer's request. These brainless AI chatbots are so irritating and never solve any problems.
3 years back I had to raise around 15 grievances and follow up for 6-8 months to update a single entry in my service history on EPFO passbook portal.
Now EPFO seems to have updated its portal and guess what? My Service history of that one company is missing. Looks like I've to spend another 6 months to get it updated.
World is building cutting edge tech around AI and we aren't able to maintain even a website in big 2026. There should be an ITR form to capture this pain and time spent in doing Govt's job to claim a refund.
A person scoring 1/800 in PG entrance has been granted MS in Orthopaedics while those scoring 500+ are denied.
The nation is going to dogs and instead of being ashamed, political jokers are presenting it as an achievement.
This Year private Salaried class went into trauma of termination, due to AI impact. Many have got gratuity more than 20Lakhs.
Their exemption is limited to 20 Lakhs while govt employees get 100% exemption, there is no cap limit.
Why this discrimination?
both are salaried class
Expectations: We are paying one third of our salary as income tax to Govt, making mandatory contribution to PF, in return atleast we should get some social security, retirement benefits, compensation in case of layoffs.
Reality: most of the time EPFO website itself is down and if you're lucky to raise a claims using their website, Govt Babus will delay or reject your claims just for no reason.
The situation is so bad that if you get your own money from EPFO on time, you feel like you won something.
It feels like a criminal to be a income tax payer in this country because that's how we are being treated.
Dear @mansukhmandviya ji,
This is my PF. This is my money. I should decide when to use it and how to use it, not some random babu sitting in an EPFO office.
This department has become a harassment hub for the salaried class.
We need transparency, accountability, and efficiency from @officialepfo.
Income tax is the most cruel tax.
It not only taxes your sweat but your tears too.
Imagine the state of a needy person, who works hard & waits for his salary.
But, before his salary reaches him, Govt. takes a cut from it.
#WhyIncomeTax#AbolishIncomeTax
Why a 10% & 15% surcharge and 4% CESS for individual earnings above 50 lakh and 1 crore?
The Government should encourage individuals to earn more & transition from middle-class to rich.
A person I know earned ₹48 lakh last financial year and paid close to ₹9.4 lakh in income tax.
He lost his job in December and now has to pay taxes at one of the most vulnerable times of his life.
India has almost no social security. No matter how much tax you pay, the moment you lose your job, the government won't support you.
Instead, the same tax money is redirected into freebie schemes where the priority is distributing ₹2,000 or ₹4,000 to different voter groups.
No wonder brain drain is at its highest.
The cruel part of being a Salaried person in India is that whole year you pay the income tax even before the salary hit into your account and you think that now you don't have any tax liability.
But then you file ITR and see that you've 50k as income from FD interest and on that now you've to pay not only tax but also interest for late payment of tax.
The biggest irony of taxation in India is paying extra 4% health & education cess and still being forced to use private schools and private hospitals
Thank you for your contribution in India’s tax collection
