When you buy a hardware wallet (or download a new software wallet), leave it for a couple of weeks before moving any meaningful amount of funds to it.

It’s really not when you realize that they were selected because they are easy to control. I have a feeling that a lot is happening behind the scenes in TON Ecosystem.

Firstly, all the changes related to TOP & the upcoming Telegram Wallet — there’s probably the reason why the usernames change, why new product is coming & all that.

Feel free to speculate as of why in reply section, but seems to me as a very big step of taking further control of the ecosystem.

Which once again, I see as extremely positive thing, in the long run.

Now speaking of official TON Website — it now looks a bit more presentable, with the information about all the type of assets there are.

Like:
- MiniApps
- NFT Usernames
- NFT Numbers
- Telegram Gifts
- Telegram Stars
- TON DNS
- and etc

Now when you go to the main website, at least you’re not confused, and quite the opposite — you see what is available to you on-chain & how it works.

And when you open a Website it quite literally now states — THE OPEN NETWORK, Decentralized L1 Blockchain developed by Telegram and the open-source community.

Which is significantly different from the language that was used before.

I’ve been rage baiting lately, and it’s been working.

Honestly, it’s made me think about how negative social media is.

I share my charts, explain trading, try to help people avoid gambling and affiliate marketers who couldn’t care less about them. Say it nicely and it barely goes anywhere.

Unless I dress it up as some holy grail or cheat code. Then suddenly people want to hear it.

I kept wondering why. Why do I have to sell people a fantasy or piss them off just to get their attention?

Then I started being more negative, calling things out, rage baiting. Suddenly my posts were going past 5,000 views.

Negativity bias is a big part of it. Something annoys you and you stop scrolling. You argue with it, correct it, quote it to tell everyone how stupid it is. Even the people who hate the post help it travel.

The algorithm rewards engagement, so it keeps pushing the thing people are reacting to. And once you see that happening with your own posts, you understand why there’s so much rage bait.

I can’t really act surprised at the algorithm when this is what people keep feeding it. We complain about how negative the feed is, then give the negative posts all our attention.

That’s why so much of it feels fake. People learn what gets a reaction and start performing for it. I’ve experienced it firsthand.

So let this be a lesson to you.

Don’t hate the player. Hate the game.
