It's Mental Health Awareness Week (13 to 19 May 2024) and this year's theme is Movement: Moving more for our mental health! Some ways you can get involved with us are our new self-defence classes and the usual multi-sports and clubs! Chat with one of our staff for more info 😊

Self-Defence class today🛡️ by Mohan Jujitsu. Happening every Thursday 12-1 pm at £1.50 per person
