Hi @DistroKid @DistroKidSupport , after updating my bank info a month ago, I keep seeing: “Our payment processor is temporarily unable to send funds to your account.” I can’t edit payout info. Tried support multiple times—no progress. Please check if it’s stuck in review.
@thecryptoskanda@web3rescueteam The securities of KOLs will be threatened and there were several KOLs who went into jails for assisting with revolution.
To stop the international media flow, they don't allow international journalists and now they stop the tourist visa already. But yes, we do what we can!
@thecryptoskanda@web3rescueteam As you said, the most effective way to help is through local organizations. That’s why CZ’s donation plan raised concerns—it’s hard to ensure aid reaches those in need. We tried reaching out to Finance’s aid plan, but the crypto community here is still too small to make an impact
@thecryptoskanda@web3rescueteam Thank you so much for standing with us. The political crisis in our country has only deepened over the years, and now the earthquake has taken more lives than it should have.
The recent earthquake made headlines everywhere and it was my first time feeling one. Still feels a bit unreal. As a digital nomad who spends half of my time in Bangkok, and with my girlfriend being from Myanmar, I’ve been paying extra attention to this disaster.
We are really grateful to see @cz_binance's generosity and the donation announcement just a day after the quake. But after looking into the details of @binance’s aid plan, a few concerns have been raised by relevant parties:
1. KYC-based airdrop — The current plan only gives aid to KYC-verified users on Binance. But the people most affected by the quake likely don’t have Binance accounts, let alone internet access or KYC verification.
2. Aid misdirection — There are already cases of people outside the impacted zones trying to manipulate their KYC info to claim the airdrop. This kind of system can end up helping the wrong people.
3. Local impact — If the same 500 BNB was directed toward local NGOs or relief teams on the ground, it could support food, shelter, and medical help. Stuff people actually need right now.
4. Missing regions — The most affected areas, like Sagaing, aren’t even included in the current eligible list. That needs to be double-checked.
A note from relevant parties via @swanhtet1992:
The donation is a reminder that crypto can be a powerful tool for good — but only when applied in the right context. There’s still hope that the current approach can be adjusted to create real impact for those who truly need support right now. Original thread: https://t.co/l2CXhhjduK
Last but not least, as someone who’s close to the Binance ecosystem through @BNBCHAIN and @CoinMarketCap, I genuinely hope this message reaches the right people and that the funds truly go to those who need it most.
Let’s keep Myanmar and Thailand in our thoughts. 🕊️

@RachelConlan Reply from Myanmar!
Thanks for donating and taking care of us but we recommend to donate directly to the local NGOs. Currently all of the affected areas cannot access the internet and electricity well. So, if CZ donates through users, the non-affected area users will take them.
1/ Binance’s earthquake relief plan for Myanmar is well-intentioned but deeply flawed. A $5 or $50 BNB airdrop to KYC-verified users isn’t real aid. Earthquake survivors need food, water, shelter—not crypto sitting in an exchange. This needs to change. 🧵👇
