What a fantastic end of term!!!
We’re proud to see Tom Caldwell and Ben Slater kickstart their work experience with Bolton Wanderers Academy—a huge step in their journeys.
Congratulations to Ben Slater (Y13) and Sonny Myers (Y12), our Students of the Term for their outstanding commitment!
The festive season was in full swing with Secret Santa, bowling, and great food.
We also hosted the VLUK Tournament North, reaching the semi-finals before a narrow loss to eventual winners Pontefract.
What a way to end a brilliant term!

After a restful half term TFC students embraced a busy schedule filled with enriching work experience.
The first-year students organised and delivered a coaching festival for ten primary schools as part of their Unit C1, focusing on developing coaching skills.
Meanwhile, the second-year students officiated a girls' football tournament for Year 5 and 6, further enhancing the extensive experience they’ve built over the past 18 months. A big thank you to @buryschoolgames and @FFCA for their invaluable support in making these events a success!
TFC Year 12 students have successfully completed their first term at The Football College by engaging in a comprehensive assessment of their health and wellbeing.
This evaluation marks a key step in preparing for their upcoming assignment in Unit B: Health, Wellbeing, and Sport.
Through this process, students gained valuable insights into their current fitness levels and overall wellness, equipping them with the knowledge they need to excel in their coursework and apply these principles to their athletic development.
