I will tell you about the Quran before the Hadith:

The Quran says, " Obey the ruler (Ameer) and enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil. Nowhere does the Quran tell you to gather in groups against your own government and commit bloodshed and killing, and be influenced by Iran's ideology to become their proxy and kill your own people.

Now let's come to Hadith.
In Hadith, the signs of the Khawarij are described - those who prostrate for long, recite the Quran, narrate Ahadith, and consider themselves to be the best and most correct of all - that is you, people. And yes, they were also called the dogs of Hell.

Moreover, the Hadith mentions Yemen, not the Houthis. If a handful of people rise to commit terrorism and link themselves to this Hadith, then where did the rest of the millions and millions of Yemenis go?

And one last thing, when ISIS rose, they also attributed Hadith to themselves like 'prayers were made for Sham (Syria)'.
