Maybe not so unhinged, but as of December last year, we were delivering 40% of laundry in 72 hours.

We realised we weren’t pushing beyond our limits so our business operations lead @JomiXXL decided to call a meeting with the laundry, data, and logistics teams. He called it a ‘team bonding’ meeting so everyone would show up. It turned into a full breakdown of systems, bottlenecks, and what was holding us back.

Out of that meeting in December, we built a new process and now 98% of Eden Laundry are delivered same-day (under 10 hours), making us the fastest laundry service in Lagos.
