This time last week, i was almost a champions league winner

I resigned on the spot one time after the owner of the company insulted my parents.

Closing was 5pm and around 4:57pm, the man called HR and asked that I should prepare for a trip immediately.

I had other plans for the day and told him I couldn't go, especially since it was outside Lagos and returning the same day wasn't guaranteed.

I told her I couldn't go and while on speaker, he rained insults on me and said I wasn't well trained, he said a few more mean things and while he was speaking, I just said, "tell your boss I'm resigning and on the last day of the month, I'm coming for my salary for all of the days that I worked".

I went to the reception and wrote my resignation letter, gave it to HR and left.

As God would have it, I started a new job with a company in the same street two days after.

The man came to our house and asked after me, they told him I had gone to work and baba was paraing that he was only joking with me and needed me to resume immediately.

I laughed when I was told, but the ship had sailed.

I got notification on my Opay app lastweek that i can get 2 Million L0an. So yesterday i need just 250k, So i decide to apply so i can take only 300k.

Where i was pressing the amount, i never knew that i made mistake and before i know, i saw 2M in my account.

Since i need just 300k, i quickly send it out from the 2M to my other account and i called the customer care to withdraw the balance cos i can't pay the interest added to that 2M.

The customer care representative is telling me there is nothing they can do.

Pls what can I do to avoid paying the huge interest?

There is something women do that I find funny.

When I am quiet or stare into nothingness, you ask what is on my mind. Madam, there is nothing on my mind.

I'm a quiet person and I easily drift into quietness. Do women understand it is okay to just want to be quiet in your own space? Everything is not an opportunity to gist for gist sake.

Honest opinion.

It is exhausting. If it is possible, please say what you want to say in 5 mins. There is no reason you're using 30 mins to give office gist. Sometimes, one has to fight hard not to tell you to get to the point even though the mind is slowly drifting away already.
