My take about the Chrisland case.
Some blame the school for their lack of supervision, some blame the parents for lack of upbringing, some blame the environment for what it has to feed the up coming generation.

I have a 15-year-old daughter.…
And the more I look at this picture...of young girls dressed in grave clothes, parading as part of a party entourage the more my heart shatters.
You can flog your child all you want and yet raise someone who is totally irresponsible. Discipline is beyond force and trying to control a child.
Discipline is in the structure you build.
Discipline is teaching your child to effectively lead themselves.
Prepare their minds and ensure you ask
them questions, let them tell you what
they learnt in church, if possible learn the
memory verses together as a family.
Why do most parents see children
churches as a place to dump children so
that they can be free to listen to 'God' in
the adult church?
Don't you know that God also speak to
children just as he speaks to adults?
Even if your child is a baby is not okay to bath with them Biko!!!
This is actually non-touching form of S%xual ab¥se!
And please don’t even come on my page to say it’s funny, because there is nothing funny about this comment. It broke my heart 😤
Something just happened about two hours ago. I asked my 5 yr old son to get me water. He brought it and I forgot to say "Thank you"
He said "Daddy, what should you say?" and I replied "Thank you"
He asked this question because that's what I would do too if I gave him something and he refuses to appreciate it.
If I fart and he's around, I apologize. I tell him how much I love him all the time too. Some times, when I fall asleep on the couch in the living room, he would bring cover cloth, cover me and give me a kiss on the cheek. I didn't tell him to do any of these. He does them because I do it for him too.
My point, we need to be responsible if we want to raise responsible children too. Make them feel respected and valued and they'll grow with that mentality.
Tainkyu 😊
