Whenever women dress indecently, twerk online, smoke, or have their nudes mistakenly leaked online, men will rush to say, “ to born girl, they fear me,” “I pity who will marry this one,” and all sorts of nonsense.
But when it comes to femicide, rape, armed robbery, and all the evil abominable things men do, many of you suddenly go silent.
How does a lady who twerks online without hurting anyone become worse than a man who harms, steals, or violates women? Society always has energy to police women, but no energy to confront dangerous men.

As you get older..
You realize you were frustrated all through the journey mostly coz you kept hoping for a ‘big break’/a miracle
Better keep building and keep growing jeje.
I once met a guy in a bus from Lekki to Victoria Island.
He was holding two phones — one cracked, one brand new.
Out of curiosity, I asked why.
He smiled and said:
“This one (the cracked one) is for my current life. This one (the new one) is for my future life.”
I didn’t get it… so he explained.
“On this old phone, I only do what keeps me where I am — chats, jokes, random scrolling.
But on this new phone, I only do things that move me forward — learning, applying for jobs, building something.”
Same person. Same 24 hours.
Two different lives.
That day, I went home and deleted half the apps on my phone.
Because sometimes, growth is not about adding more…
It’s about separating who you are from who you’re becoming.
