So grateful for everyone's positivity and support during our 1st term at Themis!Working abroad has given me a new perspective and more family time. To celebrate,we're having a staycation at a beautiful hotel, just an 8-minute drive away! It feels like a dream. #work-life balance

@Headteacherchat Different styles can be appropriate in different contexts.Flexibility is key, the ability to change to support the school's needs,which most importantly is to win the hearts and minds of its staff,pupils and other stakeholders.A pre-written script will not work in every scenario.
