So whether gst cut or not he would have paid a higher premium.
Also lock the clock doesn't work on inflation adjustment in premium. Only your entry age gets locked.

One of our customers applied for Niva Bupa Reassure 2.0 for his parents. His father was denied coverage due to high Diabetes. He then requested company to issue individual plan to his mother for less cover.

@Niva_Bupa Even after continuous follow up with customer over mail, company was not able to provide proof of acceptance from customer and now company is ready to cancel policy with 25% penalty. Is this not a fraud? @Niva_Bupa@BeshakIN
We have all the documents which were uploaded over the system. @Niva_Bupa Kindly advise where to escalate this issue. This is not at all an acceptable attitude from the team. #freelookcancellation#insuranceombudsment
We then applied for Free look cancellation through the agent portal, this request was also denied saying the customer had accepted all terms and conditions. We asked for proof to which they said on the free look cancellation form customer had not mentioned any reason. 3/4
