My Bank A/c is freeze bcz of Non re-kyc. As per RBI guidelines bank first has to send reminders before taking any action but in my case BOI is failed to send me any reminder and this cause my autopay failed nd bounce charges and penalty levied @BankofIndia_IN @RBI @Cyberdost
