I've been trying for over 4hrs to send the Opay customer statement of account as requested.
That's the response I'm getting as I try to send through DM

@azeez_sp@palmpay_ng I can confidently tell you that nothing will be done from their end. I have been begging them for over 2weeks now to resolve an issue but the refused. Always asking me to send screenshot upon screenshot. @palmpay_ng is fraudulent. I regret opening an account with them

@azeez_sp has been tracking down ₦30,000 from @palmpay_ng since September 24, 2025. Instead of providing clear tracking details publicly, @palmpay_ng's automated response deflected the issue to the DM.
After @azeez_sp noted that the DM channel was empty, @palmpay_ng claimed the transfer had already been reversed. Yet, @azeez_sp reviewed the beneficiary account history, no such credit existed. @azeez_sp directly requested a basic piece of operational accountability, asking @palmpay_ng for the transaction proof of refund.
The intended recipient platform's logs provides sufficient back up to @azeez_sp's claims, and chat records from the @OPay_NG support team explicitly show them advising that the sending institution provide formal evidence of the refund, as nothing has landed on their side.
Rather than delivering the required transfer confirmation or session ID, @palmpay_ng's social handle completely reset the support loop, and a new agent (GB) stepped in the next day with the same copy-pasted script: "Please send us detailed information... via DM." @MobilePunch@DailyPostNGR@NigeriaNewsdesk@SaharaReporters@TechCabal
