@SouthwestAir I’ve flown 3 R/Ts since the new policy and it SUCKS!! As an A-Lister with almost a million miles, there is no longer any benefit for those of us who are frequent travelers. Bin space gets consumed, families can’t sit together, chaos boarding and deplaning, 0 benefits to A-Listers
