I just made a upi transaction via paytm, the from Indian Bank, for reservation of irctc ticket booking, the amount was debited but the ticket was not booked,and at irctc portal it shows that the amount was not

I have got this reply from irctc, @MyIndianBank kindly look into it and do the needful.
Irctc says that they haven’t got the amount. While the amount has been deducted.
