@MedicCop Use is not 100% the answer. I have seen more TQs used with industrial accidents, knife battery, vehicle accidents then I have ever seen with GSWs (and I am in the US). We (the educators) should stress training on wound packing, chest seals and TQ use for all responders...

@MedicCop We do stress TQs alot for PD use and they do place them on injuries that do not need a TQ but I would rather they place them on all the injuries then none at all. I also agree that the injury patterns for the civilian population is different than the military sector and TQ ....
