@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I ordered my new fitbit on the 25th and it's still not arrived. The man I spoke to on live chat was really unhelpful. It's now been over a week and the tracker for delivery hasn't been updated since the 26th. Please can someone help me :(
@virginmedia my contract is about to increase and I need to speak to someone about it. Please can someone contact me? Can't afford to sit on hold for hours. Someone told me they'd ring back nearer time and they haven't bothered. Need someone to contact me ASAP pls.
