Pathophysiology students explored a sheep's respiratory system. They inflated & deflated lungs to understand how inhalation & exhalation works & how it would be in a disorder like asthma or COPD. They dissected the sheep pluck to study the trachea, bronchi & dissected the heart.

HOSA kicked off their first blood drive of the year. Despite several hiccups, they were able to not only meet, but exceed their goal. Thank you to everyone who donated and thank you to the officers for your hard work today! #savinglives

Pathophysiology students are learning about skin disorders. Today they recreated wounds and burns as part of their case scenarios.

Friday fun day! My 7th graders worked on the strawberry DNA extraction lab and even got to take a sample home🧪
They love this lab and I love to watch them discover the DNA . Lots of "woah" " this so cool"😊

What a fun last day before the winter break! Students got the crystal ornaments they made yesterday some made elephant toothpaste and others conducted a neuroscience lab!
And got to dress up as elves with my friend !
