@Delta We're on the plane getting ready to takeoff and the pilot announces he has to return to the gate to pick up 2 crew members. Then also states if we want to get off the plane we can, 4 compensation. We are missing our connection flights...wtf is going on @Delta flight 1641!
@Delta After I told Sonya (Supv) that I had a 6am flight, she didn't instruct her staff to pull said customers out of the line until 45mns before our scheduled takeoff. Why can't your employees start work on time???
@Delta Sonya (Supervisor) told me (customer) I should have been at the airport 4hrs before our flight, when they didn't even report to the counter until after 4:3O am. She told me they had to do check-in for the staff. Sonya might need more mgmt training!!
@Delta EWR Customers have been in line since 3:00 am to check bags and check in and your agents just arrived at 4:30am to work. Some of us have 6:00am flights to catch. We're not being offered compensation or told why your employees didn't show up to work on time. #delta#compUS
