HAS ALBANESE AIDED AND ABETTED A CONSUMER FRAUD?

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law, it is unlawful to make false or misleading representations about a product's country of origin, including falsely claiming that goods are "Made in Australia."

The penalties are severe—up to $100 million for corporations that breach the law.

The ACCC has made it abundantly clear that simply assembling imported components in Australia does notautomatically entitle a product to be labelled "Made in Australia." The product must undergo substantial transformation and satisfy the legal requirements for a country-of-origin claim.

The ACCC specifically states;

"Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), products cannot be legally labelled ’Made in Australia’ if they are only assembled there. To qualify, the product must undergo substantial transformation in Australia and pass the 50% production cost test"

Yet here we have a photograph of Anthony Albanese proudly placing a "Made in Australia" sticker on a Volvo electric truck that has been assembled in Australia largely from imported components - including the engine and battery.

How is this materially different from claiming an IKEA bookcase is "Made in Australia" simply because it was assembled here using Australian labour, a handful of locally supplied screws, and some Australian-made glue?

The major components of the Volvo electric truck—including the battery pack, electric motor, drivetrain and numerous other key systems—are all imported. On the face of it, that raises serious questions about whether the truck is legally entitled to carry a "Made in Australia" label at all.

If that is the case, then the accurate description would appear to be:

"Assembled in Australia from imported parts."

That raises an obvious question.

What steps did the Prime Minister's office take to verify that this truck legitimately qualified to display a "Made in Australia" sticker before Anthony Albanese publicly put the sticker on the truck?

Did anyone conduct even the most basic due diligence?

Or was the label simply accepted because it made for a convenient political photo opportunity?

Has Albanese been happy to aid and abet a consumer fraud - a direct violation of Australian Consumer Law, deceiving the Australian public to obtain a political advantage ?

Given Albanese‘s form - we all know the likely answer.

The issue becomes even more significant because these electric trucks are being funded with taxpayers' money - and gifted to one of Labor’s billionaire mates (and big Labor Party donor).

Australians have every right to expect that the government itself complies with the consumer laws it expects everyone else to obey.

If an ordinary business falsely represented imported goods as being "Made in Australia," the ACCC would rightly investigate whether Australian Consumer Law had been breached.

Should the same standards not apply when the Prime Minister is promoting exactly such a claim?

Australians deserve answers.

If there is any doubt about whether the labelling complies with the law, then the ACCC should investigate and determine whether the claim meets the legal test under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately, many Australians have little confidence that this will happen. There is a growing perception that Canberra's bureaucracy is far more interested in protecting the Albanese Government from embarrassment than applying the law impartially.

If that perception is wrong, then this case provides the perfect opportunity for the ACCC to demonstrate that the law applies equally to everyone—including the Prime Minister.

And finally, where is anyone from the Liberal Party calling this out. Are they just asleep - or are they hiding under their desks as usual ?

And where is our corrupt Australian media - what chance that the ABC will raise this issue or ask any questions?

Muslim Adam Kabbout, 28, went to a woman's home in Belmore, Western Sydney after they had organised a date on Tinder.

He drove there with his three mates & Kabbout initially went in alone, before later letting the others into the apartment while the woman was in the bathroom.

The 22 year old woman had only agreed to meet Kabbout at her apartment but came out of the bathroom to find the three others in her living room.

Kabbout ordered her into her bedroom with the other men, forcing her to perform oral sex while she cried & repeatedly said “No, I don't want to”.

Here we have Tasmania’s largest farm — Rushy Lagoon, a massive 22,000-hectare of prime, productive, irrigated land that has been a powerhouse of beef and dairy production in northeast Tasmania for decades.

And now it’s being deliberately shut down for dodgy “carbon credits” — worthless pieces of paper peddled by grifters, spivs, and rent-seeking parasites in the name of Net Zero so they can profit while the nation suffers.

Just when you think it can’t get any worse — congratulations, Australia — our taxpayers are being forced to fund this insanity with $69 million.

That’s right. Chris Bowen’s Clean Energy Finance Corporation is pumping $69 million of our money into the deal to become a minor shareholder in the destruction of productive farmland.

Think about the level of this insanity. $69 million of Australian taxpayers money is being used to help a foreign company buy Australian farmland and shut it down.

It’s no different from Luddites buying a factory and smashing the productive machines with sledge hammers.

At this is happening the exact moment Australia’s productivity is collapsing and living standards are in freefall, Labor’s priority is closing down real, productive agriculture.

This is economic sabotage.

With this decision today, Australia is a poorer, weaker nation.

Productive land is taken out of commission, food production is hit - so we’ll pay higher prices at supermarket and taxpayers foot the bill so the carbon credit scam industry can flourish.

Tasmania’s largest farm has been sold to a foreign corporation who will destroy it for “carbon credits”.

The sale was approved by Labor Treasurer Jim Chalmers today, Wednesday 8 July.

The loss of 22,000ha of productive, irrigated farmland currently supporting dairy, beef and previously sheep is a hammer blow to Tasmanian and Australian food security.

Treasurer Jim Chalmers said he believed the sale was “not contrary to the national interest”.

As if it isn’t bad enough it’s being sold to a foreign corporation, it won’t even continue on as a farming operation.

Chalmers and this Labor government have allowed their obsession with net-zero to put Australia’s food security at risk.

Our ability to feed ourselves is clearly in the national interest. Destroying productive farmland for scam “carbon credits” is an act of national self harm.

In the middle of a cost of living crisis, how much will this decision put up the price of cheese and milk? How much more expensive will steak or mince be when Australia stops producing it ourselves?

One Nation’s plan for cheaper groceries and national food security is clear. Ditch net-zero which is destroying productive farmland. Ban foreign ownership of farmland (and housing). Get Australian farmers back to farming and putting affordable groceries on the shelf.

One Nation has always opposed foreign ownership of farm land while Labor’s war against Australia’s world-leading agriculture sector continues. Australia is already a net importer of fresh food, seafood and dairy and this is only going to make matters worse.

Australia must be self-reliant and able to feed ourselves. Jim Chalmers and Anthony Albanese think we can eat solar panels and carbon credits.

Albanese is a complete embarrassment to the nation—a cringeworthy, undignified clown who has no business occupying the office of Prime Minister.

A head of government should project decorum, dignity, and gravitas, especially in public.

Instead, Albanese wallows in vulgar, sleazy locker-room talk about one of Australia's most iconic and respected cultural figures, all while casually undermining the seriousness of his role.

Prime Ministers are not entertainers chasing viral moments on podcasts.

They are entrusted with leading a nation, handling crises, and upholding standards that command respect both at home and abroad.

Albanese's pathetic performance reveals a man utterly devoid of self-awareness, class, or restraint.

He's not "relatable"—he's repulsive.

This is the same leader who should be focused on pressing national issues, yet he chooses to debase himself (and Australia) with crude celebrity fantasies.

If a conservative Prime Minister had stooped this low, the media outrage machine would be in full meltdown, branding it sexist, unbecoming, and disqualifying.

But with Albanese, it's just another day of excused mediocrity from a Labor leader who consistently embarrasses the country.
