Four again — and this time we know exactly why. The router kept sending the GP buy to the same venue: best quoted price, but the fill was refused in simulation every time. Asking for a fresh quote got the same venue back, so the retry never had a chance.

Fixed since. A retry now asks for a route without the venue that just failed. It costs a little more and it actually lands. GP goes out with the next round, with its share still in the treasury.
