Thank you for reporting this issue. We've investigated and the NFT → $PUNK swap (swapToPunk function) in the smart contract is working normally — it's been simulated from three different wallets and all were successful.

Before swapping, please ensure:
1. The token ID entered belongs to the connected wallet (not someone else's).
2. The wallet is connected to the Base network (chain ID 8453).
3. Gas fees are sufficient (Base gas is very cheap, ~$0.001).

Can you share the failed TX hash? From there, we can track the exact error.
